My philosophy
I am a Registered Psychologist with a ten-year history and love of working with first responders and their families. As such, I know and understand the unique working environments, operational and organizational stressors, trauma, and the interventions used to treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology (Honors) from Mount Royal University, a Master's degree (MSc) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary, and additional training in trauma, suicide intervention, wellness, and couples therapy.

Our sensory experiences deeply influence our mood and well-being, which impact us on physiological, neurobiological, and emotional levels. With a particular emphasis on this mind-body connection, I specialize in assisting clients in processing trauma and its profound effects. Through an integrative and client-centred approach, I strive to create a safe environment where healing can occur. I empower individuals and couples by fostering self-awareness and inner strength, facilitating their journey toward healing, connection, and personal growth.
