Frontline regulation: Awareness & Regulation Training

Request a Quote

Whole-person skills for first responders, trauma-exposed pro

Practical tools to notice what’s happening in your nervous system—then regulate in the moment, recover after the shift, and reconnect at home.

Why Frontline Regulation?

Public-safety work asks humans to do super-human things. Over time, exposure to potentially traumatic events and organizational stress can leave your nervous system on high alert. Frontline Regulation gives members a common language for what’s happening inside (awareness) and a toolkit for what to do next (regulation)—on shift and off.

Outcomes

  • Shared, non-stigmatizing language for stress and recovery
  • On-shift micro-resets in under 90 seconds
  • Post-incident and post-shift decompression
  • Sleep support for shift workers
  • Work-to-home transitions and family repair
  • Burnout prevention and suicide awareness
  • Leadership practices that protect capacity
