Practical tools to notice what’s happening in your nervous system—then regulate in the moment, recover after the shift, and reconnect at home.
Public-safety work asks humans to do super-human things. Over time, exposure to potentially traumatic events and organizational stress can leave your nervous system on high alert. Frontline Regulation gives members a common language for what’s happening inside (awareness) and a toolkit for what to do next (regulation)—on shift and off.
