Individual therapy provides a private, supportive space to explore concerns, build insight, and develop practical tools for coping and change. Sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and stage of life. For adolescents (ages 12+), therapy is developmentally appropriate and balances independence, support, and collaboration with caregivers when helpful and appropriate.
We work with a wide range of concerns, including stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood changes, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed therapy, and skills-based strategies, and is adjusted over time based on progress and changing needs.
Treatment is collaborative and goal-oriented. Together, we identify what’s getting in the way, clarify what matters most, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change—at a pace that feels safe and manageable. The overall aim is to improve emotional regulation, resilience, and day-to-day functioning, while supporting long-term well-being.
