I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with almost 10 years of experience working with substance use and working alongside first responders. I hold a unique understanding of the distinct work environment, operational and organizational stress, and trauma associated with the responsibilities of a first responder.
I also work with non-first responder adults experiencing distress such as addiction, depression, anxiety, or life transitions.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Calgary, a Master’s degree (MCP) in Counselling Psychology from Adler University, and additional training in Trauma, Suicide Intervention, Couples Therapy, and Addiction Treatment.

Meeting people where they’re at has been my central focus as a clinician. I emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection by incorporating how our body’s nervous system reacts to its environment.
I specialize in helping clients assess the relationship to substances they may have in their lives and facilitate space for clients to process trauma and how it impacts their day-to-day.
I utilize a client-centred approach to create a safe, non-judgmental environment to facilitate the process of healing. I highly value walking alongside individual clients and couples as they strive for growth, healing, and connection.
